My food bill is very economical compared to my meat and fish eating days. This group has so many recipes that are not only tasty but use many of the ingredients I always have stocked up on. I buy from bulk bins and store my rice, beans and various grains in tall jars. Fiona
Guest guest
I have this little cookbook. I believe I have posted a recipe or two in the files from it. I haven't bought meat in so many years that I can't compare a before and after grocery bill but I know I don't spend much and have an abundance of staples in the cupboards at all times. I'm good with coupons for Smat Life, etc., I find quite a few coupons I use all the time in the booklets by Mambo inside Whole Foods.
