I know it would leave a bad first impression for anyone trying lentils for the very first time. I had this happen with a batch of pinto beabs in the past. Looking forward to anything from your Chinese cookbook. That is one of my favorite type foods. I'll make the dressing if it comes out for you. I have sesame oil also.
