Guest guest Posted February 7, 2006 Report Share Posted February 7, 2006 Italian Herbed Crockpot Zucchini 2 lbs. zucchini (unpeeled), sliced 1 vegetable bouillon cubes 1/4 tsp. salt 1 garlic clove, squeezed 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1 cup pasta sauce Mix all ingredients together carefully in crock pot.
