Can you believe those still being hard after all that?

I don't know what determines the various shades of beige to a darkish

brown but I had light brown ones do the same thing, take an hour to

cook up semi soft.

The ornage ones are a softer lentil and those are good for a smooth

soup. How do you prepare your orange lentils?
