Guest guest
That's wonderful to hear. Mike you have to make a squash soup one day. You will love it. I couldn't get enough of the one Sissy made, it's in the files. Let' me know if you need any help. The butternut and acorn squash are good roasted in the oven also. I eat some type of squash about 3 or more times a week. It's a favorite veg along with all the greens I've been experimenting with. If you need a certain type squash recipe let us know...Donna , cd trader <realshows wrote: > > Worked out great > > bought an acorn squash, baked it in water > > fried onions, peppers, zuchini, garlic > > scooped out the squash, mixed it with the fried stuff, > cooked brown rice, chic peas and smoked cheddar... > baked it some more and ate it > > it was very good - but I probably should have used it > as a side dish - I'll bake some tofu on the side next > time > > mike > > > my trade lists > > http://www.geocities.com/realshows > > my launch radio station > > http://launch./lc/?rt=0 & rp1=0 & rp2=1281193352 > > > > > > >
