Review - Lentil Crunchies - a great snack!

I love these! Thanks for the idea (I didn't actually follow the

recipe - I couldn't get online. So I turned up the oven and sprayed

and sprinkled the best I could remember LOL) I tried roasting

garbanzos once and was not successful. That, and, no one but me

would eat them. These were a different story. DH and all the kids

loved 'em. Our first two batches were garlic salt and lemon pepper

(second batch had double the spice.) For the last batch I opened a

packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix (the vegan one) and sprinkled

over the lentils.
