Guest guest Posted February 2, 2006 Report Share Posted February 2, 2006 After reading Pauls yummy recipe for Fideo I called my Hispanic friend to ask how she makes it. She says that one should make this recipe only with Fideo Pasta( Coiled Vermicelli)..According to her " it just does not taste the same if made with any other pasta " . Her recipe has less ingredients but she does include onion and garlic salt. I prefer the fresh garlic. Garnish with fresh Cilantro. This is a simple but delicious recipe.
