Have you tried any of her recipes, did you try this recipe? The Uncheese and

the Ultimate Uncheese cookbooks are my least favorites. I rate them a minus

one.

I tried this recipe, I wasn't expecting it to taste like good imported gouda

from the deli but I wasn't expecting it to taste like wall spackle

either..........LOL
