Guest guest Posted February 1, 2006 Report Share Posted February 1, 2006 Herb Citrus Butter/Margarine 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage 1 tablespoon grated orange peel 1 teaspoon capers, mashed with fork 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper 1 garlic cloves. squeezed is optional Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth and well blended. Rub on vegetables before roasting, etc. I even spread this on Italian bread before toasting. With a free 1 GB, there's more in store with Mail.
