I would never have thought to use Gardenburger riblets.....Mmmmmmmmmmm Thank U, Portia > > Riblets ® Chili (adapted from a recipe found online) > > 1 medium onion, chopped > 1 tablespoon olive oil > 1 or 2 bags Gardenburger ® Riblets (they come 2 to a box) > 29 oz. can pinto beans, drained > 15 oz. can black beans, drained > 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes > 15 oz. can of corn, drained > 15 oz. can tomato sauce > 2 tablespoons chili powder > 2 tablespoons soy sauce > 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin > > > Defrost Riblets. Remove from bag, chop into bite size pieces and set > aside. In a dutch oven or large pot saute onions in oil for about 3 > minutes on medium heat. Add Riblets to pot and cook for 2 minutes, > stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Reduce > heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
