ethnic recipes in the files

I also like trying ethnic recipes. The group recipe file really impressed me

when I joined and now I have to get busy cooking. I was always afraid to

venture out and try ethnic recipes from cookbooks. This group is so good at

explaining the recipes, the how to preparation instructions, and someone always

has an answer.

So far I give all these a " Five Star " that I have tried.

Thai Wild Muishroom Curry by Anne, Sushi Rice by Donna, Chana

Aloo by Susie amd the Smokey Tortilla Soup by Marsha. I still have a tall

printed pile of recipes to work my way through.
