Guest guest Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 Last night's dinner was breaded baked tofu imitation chicken things with mashed potatoes, covered with Broccoli Puree and Roasted Brussel Sprouts asa s side, followed by a spiach/ broccoli (and other veggies)green salad I eat the salad almost every night with dinner - spinach and broccoli are miracle food for iron, and antioxidants... anyhoo... The Brocolli puree was a little bland, but a nice topping for the mashed potatoes, maybe not enough soup base in the water. i'm gonna try it cold today as a salad dressing the roasted brussel sprouts were AMAZING!!! I enjoy brussel sportus anyways - but i couldn't believe how different they were, crispy outside - chewey inside (yeah -I know...)My girlfriend hates brussel sprouts, but she was able to 'choke these down' Mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
