Guest guest Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 Hi Jane, I use capers in salads along with olives and tomato slices. They also replace anchovies (sp?) on pizza. I usually run them through water and give them a quick rinse since they are so salty. There's a good recipe in the files I tried, you mash the capers and use instead of salt. I was in there looking for you but can't seem to locate it right now. Maybe the member that posted this recipe will recall what I'm trying to find for you.
