This is wonderful on top of steamed veggies, in the center of mashed or on top of boiled potatoes mashed down, and extra firm tofu is heaven sauteed in it. You can even dip chunks bread and enjoy. " Caper Butter " Melt 1/2 cup butter, margarine or vegan margarine. Add 4 teaspoons of vinegar of your choice , 2 tablespoons of bottled capers, and 2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley (of course I use cilantro) and stir together.
