Don't you like cilantro Deanna? I use it all the time. It's parsley

I don't care for as much. Is it real mild when you dry cilantro?

Dan,

Actually I am not fond of the taste of Cilantro. A small amt. of fresh

in salsa is *perfecto* but most of the time the taste is overwhelming.

The dried Cilantro has a much milder flavor. I normally use parsley

only as a garnish and et the sprig only because it is supposed to aid

digestion.

It sure can be overwhelming when raw in certainrecipes but I noticed

it's not powerful when cooked in soups. I toss a handful chopped in

with my soups.
