(heaping) dried herbs of your choice 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup broth Preheat oven to 350 F. Carefully remove the outer papery skin from heads of garlic, leaving the whole heads intact. Arrange the garlic heads in a small baking dish. Dot with the butter, herbs, pepper and c salt. Pour the stock into the dish. Cover with the aluminum foil and bake, basting frequently, for 1 hr. Uncover and bake 15 min. longer. Squeeze cloves onto rustic bread, squeeze several into boiled potatoes as you mash. There are several uses for these tasty cloves. Be creative! With a free 1 GB, there's more in store with Mail.
