Paprikasalat (Bell Pepper Salad) 1 lb. bell peppers mixed red, yellow, orange, green 4 tablspoons olive oil 1 can tomatoes (15 oz size one) 1 onion, vut into rings 3 garlic cloves, chopped 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon hot mustard salt and pepper Seed peppers and cut into 1 X 1-inch squares. Heat oil and saute them in a covered skillet for 7 minutes on low flame. Turn one or two times during the cooking. Crush the canned tomatoes and add to the peppers and saute up for 10 more minutes. Let peppers and tomatoes cool. Combine salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, garlic and onion rings and mix into the pepper mixture. Serve at room temperature. Autos. Looking for a sweet ride?
