Guest guest Posted January 29, 2006 Report Share Posted January 29, 2006 Oven-roasted russets, sweet potatoes and onions 2 medium sweet potatoes 2 medium russet potatoes 2 medium sweet onions 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash or Spike 1/4 teaspoon salt vegetable cooking spray Peel sweet potatoes and cut each into 2-inch pieces. Cut onions into 1-inch pieces, peel rissets and cut into quarters. Toss together sweet potato, potatoes, onion, oil and seasonings on a 15-x 10-inch cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
