Guest guest Posted January 29, 2006 Report Share Posted January 29, 2006 I have some celeriac which needs to be eaten up - I bought it once before but ended up throwing it out as I didn't know what to cook with it :-( and I really don't want to do that again but I can find no trace of a recipe using celeriac in any of my books. I have a feeling that someone said you could mash it with potato and someone mentioned a recipe with truffle oil. Does anyone have any suggestions? My niece (a fellow vegetarian who I haven't seen for about 10 years) is coming to stay for a couple of days and I'd like to surprise her with an unusual recipe.
