They are Time Life 1973, and the first also titled Vegetables but different from the first. This " kitchen library " is in San Fran. according to the books. Never heard of them but they are beautifully illustrated and very unique recipes. I love Broccoli and Cauliflower so will try that Brocolli Puree first. What a different recipe as are all in book.
