Beautiful illustrations and new ideas. How about Cauliflower with Broccoli Puree? Baked Red Spanish onions,Potato and Carrot Puree. I made this dish for my kids as well as potato- carrot patties. Kids loved them.Baked tomatoes with spinach..Looks beautiful and the recipe looks delicious. There is also a great recipe for stuffed Swiss Chard. ..Pretty little pockets.
