Guest guest Posted January 28, 2006 Report Share Posted January 28, 2006 This is one of my favorite breakfast food 1 lb firm tofu 1 Tblsp spike seasoning 1-2 Tblsp nutritional yeast pinch turmeric Crumble the tofu. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. I usually add a few tablespoons of water as well. Put in a hot lightly oiled pan. Saute till hot. I like to add chopped green peppers, onion, homefries, veggie sausage. This is great with whole grain bread, or wrapped up as a burrito. Sometimes I add cheddar cheese as well.
