Guest guest
That is happy news. I got my family to stop using lard now and one sister is almost a vegetarian now. It's been hard to get them to change their ways. This group really helped me alot. I didn't know what to eat when I first joined and I never cooked before but I'm sure learing now and all the members have given me alot of recipes and tips on how to do it. I just had to find things for the kitchen. I am doing that slowly. Paul -- In , Jenny Rieck <jennrieck> wrote: > > Hi Everyone! Guest guest
Great news Paul and Jenny . If I can encourage my 86 year old mother to stop eating beef and pork then the rest of the family will be a piece of *carrot cake*. LOL..Now trying to convince her that her sinus, cramping and bloating problem is caused by the gallons of moo juice that she is drinking. Life is just too short...LOL Deanna -- In , " paulvatoloco " <paulvatoloco> wrote: > > > That is happy news.
