Guest guest Posted January 27, 2006 Report Share Posted January 27, 2006 Gingered Kale 1 large bunch of kale (stems removed), chopped 2 tbls. olive oil 1 tbl. butter or margarine 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 tbl. grated fresh ginger juice of 1 lime freshly ground pepper Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add kale and boil for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter and add garlic, onions and ginger and saute until onions are tender, Add kale, tossing until combined. Cover and cook until kale is just tender. Toss with lime juice and a sprinkle of ground pepper and serve. With a free 1 GB, there's more in store with Mail.
