Guest guest
This is my favorite, it doesn't take a boxed corn mix either. Hope this recipe works for your love. You have 2 weeks to try this recipe before Valentine's Day so you might want to try it and see if you want to change any of the spices. My friend adds canned diced mild chiles to her. Marsha Corn Souffle 2 large eggs 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 dash nutmeg 1 dash chili powder 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk Preheat oven to 400F. On high speed of mixer beat the eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8X8-inch baking dish. Bake in center of oven rack for 35 minutes or until a thin knife inserted comes out clean. Let sit a few minutes before serving. ~~Tip~~ The next day you can take leftovers, slice and fry up in a skillet for breakfast. Autos. Looking for a sweet ride?
