Thanks everyone for the welcomes! Bread recipes?

Very nice, all of you! What I'm going to be posting (eventually) and

looking for are high protien/low or complex carb recipes. What I would

really like to find is a sprouted bread recipe along the lines of

an " Alvarado Street " or " Ezekiel " (sp) brand bread. Being a " hungry,

hungry, hypo " wheat breads affect me adversly.

Amy, have you seen Robin Robertson's " Carb Conscious Vegetarian "

cookbook? It's pretty good!

 

I'd love to see some of your recipes when you're able.. :-)
