Guest guest
Hey Mike, My Grandma makes a very simple fried squash. Here's the recipe. :-) Fried Squash Slice the squash as as thick or thin as you want, but be sure it's not so thin it will fall apart or so thick that it won't fry all the way. Beat an egg and dip it in there, or you can use milk. If you don't do dairy, you could use some kind of substitute such as soy milk. Dip it in flower or bread crumbs so it's covered, which ever you prefer, and fry it in hot oil until it's a golden-brown color. Hope this helps ya! It's so simple I guess 'cause it's pretty quick and there's no real measuring involved, LOL. Love & Peace Up, ***Sara***
