Guest guest
Unfortunately, I think I have. It was in college and it was all by itself on an island of grass surrounded by a sea of pavement. It looked like quite the old- timer and I could just " feel " its sorrow in seeing the landscape and friends around it transformed and uprooted. -Erin , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll> wrote: > > I never saw a discontented tree. Guest guest
- I too have seen a *discontented tree*..Once in Cali near the ocean where I was living at the time . I came across a little palm tree growing in a crack in the cement. I knew it would never grow to maturity but one sure had to respect it's tenasity. Guest guest
Another *discontented tree* ..I lived in the mountains for several years and when neighbors who were building a cabin plowed their new road, they uprooted a perfectly healthy ancient pine tree. When I found it dying with it's roots exposed I could have cried. I gathered pieces of roots and made wind mobiles for myself and my friends.
