In digest#456 Donna quipped, regarding my recipe post

for California Pasta salad, " This looks great, I'm the one

in Calif. what are you doing with this recipe? "

 

~ *LOL* Well, what can i say? You Cali-gals know how

to throw together a bitchin' pasta salad and word gets

around! Besides, i have come to realize that more than

half the folks living near me here in Southern Oregon

are originally from California.

Have you ever had this sort of salad before? i have once

at one of those buffet-style restaurants, and i loved the

salad so much that i was tickled pink to find a recipe for

it in a cooking magazine [which is where i got the recipe

that inspired the salad i shared after i adjusted it a bit].
