Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 Summer Veggie Salad Summer Veggie Salad 3 cups broccoli florets 2 cups sliced carrots 2 cups chopped cauliflower 1 cup zesty Italian salad dressing 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 cup bread crumbs Cook broccoli, carrots and cauliflower in a little water until crisp-tender. Drain. Turn into large serving bowl. Chill. Add salad dressing, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, basil and bread crumbs. Toss to coat evenly. Chill. Serve cold.
