Guest guest Posted April 19, 2010 Report Share Posted April 19, 2010 Beans and Greens 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1 (15-oz.) can white beans, rinsed and drained 1 bunch Swiss chard, kale, or other hearty green, rinsed, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup broth In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or so, until soft. Add the greens and stir. Now add the beans, stirring in, salt and peppering to taste.
