Guest guest Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 Sandwich Pizza Serves 6 - 8 1 1-pound loaf Italian or French bread 1 cup pizza sauce 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 16-oz. can artichoke hears, drained 1/2 large green pepper, sliced 1/2 large red or yellow pepper, sliced 1/2 chopped red onion 1 2-oz. can sliced black olives, drained Coarsely cracked black pepper Slice loaf in half lengthwise and spread each half with equal amounts of ingredients. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 mins, or until cheese melts. Slice each half into fourths. Nutritional Info: Cals 253; Protein 11 g; Carbs 41 g; Fiber 5 g.
