Guest guest Posted March 3, 2010 Report Share Posted March 3, 2010 Baked Cauliflower with Sauce 4-5 cups cooked cauliflower 2 Tbs. butter 1 onion, chopped Salt, to taste 1/2 green pepper, chopped 16 oz. can tomatoes 3 Tbs. flour Melt butter in fry pan. Blend in onion and green pepper. Add tomatoes. Gradualy add flour to thicken like gravy. Add salt. Cook 3 minutes. Pour over cauliflower in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
