Guest guest
I found this recipe on the Kraft Website, but toyed with it to make it both vegetarian and more MY style. If you don't like the red pepper, its not original to the recipe. It DID have a pound of p*rk sliced, but of course I omitted that. The original recipe also did not leave the option for the stir fry noodles, but that was what I wanted. Fabulously Fast Stir Fry 1 Tbsp. oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1¼ cups water 2 cups small broccoli florets (fresh or frozen) 3 carrots, cut diagonally into ½-inch slices 1 red pepper, sliced 1 small onion, sliced ½ cup Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked OR 6 oz. chow mein stir fry noodles HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir about 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly browned. ADD water and vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil. STIR in rice and dressing; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. If using rice, remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. If using noodles, cook until noodles are done and stir. Note: Sprinkle with dry roasted peanuts just before serving.
