Guest guest
Hello Everyone hope yall are all doing good. Well this is my first Super Bowl Party that I'm a vegetarian and also the host(not my 1st time hosting) and I need some ideas. So far all I got is my dip I always make but this year it will be a vegetarian version Pretty much you need a backing or casserole dish put vegetarian chill 1 or 2 can depending on how big the dish or some homemade chili this will be your first layer, then sprinkle with sliced black olives and jalepenos next put a layer of sour cream regular or vegan and top with Cheese again regular or Vegan but in oven for about 30mins on 400 degrees F or until the cheese in slightly browned on top serve right out of the dish with tortilla chips Makes a dip meat or veggie eaters alike love its my TnT dip But now beyond this I'm completely stuck on what to make any ideas suggestions? I'm hoping to make at least 1 more thing I can eat too Thanks for your time Mari Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
Guest guest
I'm vegan but still bringing my spinach pinwheels. Take Pillsbury crescent rolls and roll out - do not break apart. I'm spreading hummus but it originally called for a cheese spread. Then I put fresh baby spinach and roll up. Slice into 1/4 " 'wheels'. Lay flat and bake the normal time. They are delicious and great finger food for a football game. They are great hot but can be eaten all day. The other dishes I would bring are potato skins and stuffed mushrooms. ________________________________ " frowningangel " <frowningangel Fri, February 5, 2010 1:52:59 PM Need Super Bowl food ideas  Hello Everyone hope yall are all doing good.
