Guest guest Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 I got the idea from veganomicon that made a tasty quesadilla with: black beans (I added some cumin and garlic to jazz it up) roasted anahim and serento peppers, mashed sweet potatos Also I had leftover limes I needed to use up so I made a lime-aide by squeezing half a lime per glass then adding a tsp of agave necter.
