I am new to the group, and new to vegetarian cooking, in process of going vegetarian, and really needing some help with what in the world do i cook for dinner? lol I grew up in south louisiana in a (deep fried) meat and potatoes household, and my husband is hispanic and is used to chili con carne with huevos rancheros for breakfast; so we are a bit challenged in the how to cook and eat veggies department!
