Guest guest
My Daughter and I buy garlic nets, and to save time preparing individual cloves for our recipes, we peel and de-paper them and pop them into a jar, covering them with olive oil, and keep them in the fridge so they can just be fished out, and either squashed or chopped when needed. This is a lot cheaper than buying jars of lazy garlic or tubes of paste. Cheerybye from Pauline
