Guest guest
Like what? I find almost everything I need right at the market and I've been a veg for almost 30 years. Guest guest
I bought Alicia Silverstone's book and there were TONS of things I didn't know what they were. I liked the chapters leading up to the recipes and then found I was lost on so many of them. Unfortunately I don't have the book with me here at work and the names didn't stick but there were lots of sea vegetables and sauces....some sort of fancy plum. Can anyone recommend a good recipe book for Non-Gourmet cooks? Hubby is switching with me and he likes plain foods without a lot of spices. Thanks, Linda

Why not try our files for recipes? You can find everything there, from simple plain cooking to fancier stuff. Mary
