Guest guest
A friend was talking about a dish he was served that was delicious. It had a Norwegian ancestry. It was made with hubbard squash, baked after seeding - nuts, some sweetener having been added to the cavity and then mixed inside the squash before service. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I would love a real recipe.
