Guest guest
Indian Pulao (or Pilaf) is a rice dish made with sauteed vegetables and is usually had as a single dish meal with accompaniments like a youghurt-mint chutney or Popodoms. It can be compared to the Spanish Paella There are many variations and depending on which part of India it is made, local vegetables and local cottage cheese is added to it, but the most common vegetables that are put in Pulao are Green Peas, Cauliflower, Carrots and Tomatoes. Indian Street Style Pulao is very famous and you can find Pav Bhaji and Pulao stalls everywhere on the streets. Here is a Street style Indian Pulao <http://vegindianrecipes.com/index.php/2007/03/01/pulao_street_style_pav\ _bhaji_pulao_wala> recipe for you: , " lindab " <goddess7lady wrote: > > what is indian pula >
