Guest guest Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 Hi everyone I am fairly new to this group and the vegetarian lifestlye its only been 4 months now I have a husband who is a meat eater but for the most part Im pretty good at making meals that we can both enjoy sometimes cooking some meat for him on the side Now my question is I have a potato soup recipe I make that I actually got from whole foods website it requires a mix of water and 1 cup of low fat milk I no longer drink milk and was just wondering what would be a good substitute if any exist that will keep the soup creamy but without using milk thank you all for your time Blessed Be MARI zone 10 www.facebook.com/mari.t.hernandez Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
