Hello and Intro

Hi, I'm new. I'm not sure I can " go " vegetarian, but I'm going to try. I'm at a

point where I throw too much food out. I just don't like meat anymore, I guess.

So I'm going to try recipes I find on this list and hope to find a more

healthful way to eat. In any case, I really need to stop buying meat, cooking

it, looking at it, and then throwing it out.

 

I'm interested in what meat substitutes there are besides soy, or in how to

combine. Right now I'm confused about beans and nuts. Are beans and nuts the

best combo, or do nuts combine with grains similarly to how beans do, to make a

complete protein source?

should give you a good start on how to combine foods to get complete proteins.
