Guest guest
Hi, I'm new. I'm not sure I can " go " vegetarian, but I'm going to try. I'm at a point where I throw too much food out. I just don't like meat anymore, I guess. So I'm going to try recipes I find on this list and hope to find a more healthful way to eat. In any case, I really need to stop buying meat, cooking it, looking at it, and then throwing it out. I'm interested in what meat substitutes there are besides soy, or in how to combine. Right now I'm confused about beans and nuts. Are beans and nuts the best combo, or do nuts combine with grains similarly to how beans do, to make a complete protein source?
