Guest guest Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 Cauliflower Salad 1 Bell pepper - any color 1 cauliflower, medium head, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 can (20 oz.) black olives, sliced pinch of Mrs. Dash 1 garlic clove, minced 2 T. lemon juice 1 c. tofu, silken, soft Toss the bell pepper, cauliflower and sliced olives together in a bowl. Blend together Mrs. Dash, garlic, lemon juice and tofu in a blender until smooth. Pour the dressing over the cauliflower mixture and toss.
