Guest guest Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 Apples and Rice 4 c. brown rice, cooked 2 apples, large, cored, peeled and chopped 2/3 c. apple juice, unsweetened 4 T. Maple Syrup 2 T. Lemon Juice 1 t. Cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover. Bake @ 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Great for breakfast or as a light supper.
