Guest guest
Here is a great recipe I have made from an Oregonian cookbook that we love. Leftovers are great cold as a sandwich spread, too. Artichoke Dip 1 (14-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies 1 Tbs. chopped pimiento 1 tsp. minced garlic Combine all ingredients; bake uncovered at 350 degrees; for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crisp bread sticks or corn chips. Yield: 2 1/2 cups dip ~ PT ~ Not the cry, but the flight of the wild duck, leads the flock to fly and follow. ~ Chinese proverb
