I went to Barnes and Nobles Bookstore Cafe today and got a Roasted Tomato

Caprese Panini(

Sliced mozzarella & provolone cheese, with basil pesto and slow roasted tomatoes

on an asiago basil focaccia roll). It is delicious and a very nice vegetarian

alternative for when you are out on the road for the day. It came with some

kettle potato chips. It sure hit the spot.
