Guest guest Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 Watermelon-Blueberry Ice Pops a.. 3 3/4 cup(s) chopped seedless watermelon b.. 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice c.. 1 tablespoon(s) sugar d.. 1 cup(s) fresh blueberries -- Directions 1.. Puree watermelon, lime juice, and sugar to taste in a food processor or blender until smooth. 2.. Divide blueberries among freezer-pop molds. Top with the watermelon mixture. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding. Carb Servings: 1/2 fruit. Carbohydrate Servings: 1/2.
