Guest guest Posted June 16, 2009 Report Share Posted June 16, 2009 Strawberry Frost 1 1/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 cup part-skin ricotta cheese 2 cups strawberries, sugar added 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 tablespoon orange concentrate garnish extra strawberries for few sprigs fresh mint, optional In a blender or a food processor fitted with metal blade, place yogurt, ricotta, strawberries, vanilla and orange juice; process until smooth.
